Call warm leads for US architecture firms. Have real conversations, qualify the fit, and book the consultation. You're the first voice they hear — set the tone.
The role
Hey there, thanks for checking this out.
We're IPQmedia, a growth marketing agency that works exclusively with architecture firms across the US, both residential and commercial. We run the marketing that fills our clients' pipelines, and business is busy. We're growing the team.
Your job is straightforward but important: call the leads our marketing brings in, have real conversations, qualify them, and book them into a consultation with the architect. These people already raised their hand, by booking a call or submitting their details, so you're not cold calling strangers. You're the first voice they hear on behalf of the firm, and you set the tone for everything that follows.
If you can pick up the phone, build rapport fast, and stay organized, keep reading.
What you'll be doing
- Calling the leads our marketing generates: warm inbound leads who booked a call through our funnel, plus outbound leads who submitted the form but haven't booked yet.
- Having real conversations to understand the project: residential or commercial, scope, timeline, budget, and who's making the decision.
- Qualifying leads against each client's criteria (project fit, budget, location and service area, decision-maker).
- Booking qualified consultations onto the architect's calendar.
- Following up with leads who didn't answer or weren't ready yet, using our call sequences and follow-up workflows.
- Logging every interaction accurately in our CRM: notes, tags, dispositions, no shortcuts.
- Hitting booking targets and keeping quality high on every call.
What we're looking for
- Strong spoken English, B2 level minimum and the closer to native the better. You're calling US property owners and developers, so you need to sound natural and confident on the phone.
- Sales or appointment-setting experience. You've done this before (or something close), and you know how to handle objections, guide a conversation, and close for the booking.
- Reliable and consistent. You show up on time, work your full shift, and don't disappear. This is a real role, not a side gig.
- Detail-oriented. You follow the script framework, tag leads correctly, log notes properly, and don't cut corners in the CRM.
- Coachable. You take feedback well and apply it fast. We refine scripts and processes as we go.
Tech requirements
- A quiet workspace with no background noise during calls.
- High-quality headset with microphone (USB or Bluetooth, no earbuds).
- Stable internet: minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload.
- Reliable power, with a backup plan if your area has outages.
- A computer (not a phone or tablet) that can run our CRM and a power dialer at the same time.
Schedule & availability
- Our core shift is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time.
- We also run weekend shifts, and we can match you to the days and hours that fit you best.
- Whatever shift you take, you work it consistently: same days, same hours, every week. This is not a flexible-hours role. Leads expect callbacks during business hours.
Compensation
Base
Per consult booked
On-target earnings
On-target earnings of $2,000–3,000/month with consistent performance.
Why this role is worth it
- Warm leads, not cold calls. These people already want to talk to an architect. You're helping them take the next step, not convincing them to care.
- Real training and coaching. You'll get scripts, call frameworks, objection-handling guides, and ongoing coaching. We don't throw you in blind.
- Fully remote. Work from wherever you are, as long as you meet the tech and schedule requirements.
- Growth potential. We're scaling, and people who perform well here have room to grow with us.
